As we come near to the end of the year it is time to take stock of all the goals/resolutions that you have set for your MLM or Network Marketing business and see how many of them you have accomplished. If you notice that you haven’t done much of anything with the goals that you have set for yourself, then ask yourself why not? Were they things that you just were not passionate about? Was your WHY? not a big enough motivator? Had you become complacent, which made you begin to think that success in this industry is for people with the “IT” factor and that is not something you possess.

For the MLM/Network Marketer complacency is death for your business. I know that it can be a easy place to go after battling it out with your family and friends for a whole year to join your business, hosting an endless amount of presentations only to have “no shows” and getting that one more “no” that makes you just want to throw in the towel.

I have been there. I CAN relate..

Like anything in life, giving up is just the easy way out. You have get up, dust yourself  off and give it a go! You must continue to grow and learn. For me , it was setting new goals and finding new tools to help me do my business more effectively. We all need a little push in the right direction once in awhile.
